Meet The Face Behind Canadian Easy Loans

I’m Brian Troy, the proud owner of Canadian Easy Loans. I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

From a young age, I was always good with numbers and enjoyed helping people. I went on to have a successful career in the railways and oil and gas industries that spanned thirty-five years. I have an additional five years of experience in the financial service industry, providing monetary needs analysis, budget creation, and a ‘how money works’ education services for families. 

In 2011, I wanted to link small businesses in Fort McMurray and Alberta to expert services. I hoped to offer the education they needed to get alternative funding, which led me to establish the Troy Financial Solutions Corporation (TFSC) and, recently, Canadian Easy Loans.

With over sixteen years of experience in financial services, I have a wealth of knowledge and a platform that allows me to provide the lowest mortgage and loan costs and ensures my clients have access to the best lending options on the market.

I enjoy most aspects of my business. However, building long-lasting relationships with individuals and local businesses is probably the most important and rewarding aspect of my work-life. I am also happy to see several mortgage programs and products being rolled out that help small and medium-sized businesses grow.

As an individual, I believe what sets me apart from others is my integrity, honesty, and complete transparency, all of which build trust. Similarly, my desire to adequately educate my clients before offering them tailored financing and program solutions ensure they understand and make informed decisions.

I attribute my success to my reputation, having established a presence in the business community, and the fact I am accessible seven days a week.

Offering the best lending options in Canada and educating hundreds of my customers has given me immense satisfaction over the years and continues to be a source of inspiration.

When I am not at work, which as a business owner is relatively rare, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, dabble in investment, and am a big fan of basketball and the NBA. I also like to travel, visiting friends and relatives. However, I have had to make do with phone calls and zoom meetings during this pandemic, which I still immensely enjoy.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
